| Ultrafine iron-nickel alloy powders have high magnetic permeability and goodhigh-frequency characteristics,so they are widely used in high-frequency loss of theinductor and electromagnetic wave absorbing material.On the basis of preparing to restore ultrafine nickel powder and superfine iron,this paper prepared nano-Fe50Ni50alloy powders by liquid phase reduction method.Firstly, the paper systematically studied the effects of reaction temperature,concentration and other factors on the particle size powders, phase and morphology,and solved the problem of storage stability in air and water. Secondly, the productphase was studied in various stages of the preparation, and the reaction mechanism ofreaction was preliminary studied. Depending on the reaction mechanism of thereaction, the article studied a waste recycling problem. Finally, the soft magneticproperties of powders was studied in order to seek applications of superfineiron-nickel alloy powders.Studies have shown that the reaction product are (Fe0.5Ni0.5)0.9S, NiFe2O4andFeNi3at preparing temperature of75℃~95℃. With the reduction of Ni2+and increaseof Fe2+in the reaction, phase composition of the product tends to be more complex.The reaction is to generate NiFe2O4, FeNi3and {Fe, Ni} S25minutes after thereaction when the temperature is85℃, and the main products are NiFe2O4, FeNi3and(Fe0.5Ni0.5)0.96S30minutes after the reaction. The particle diameter of powder isabout100nm. Additional, excess hydrazine hydrate and the reaction time did notaffect the phase composition of the product. Further, when the waste liquid is assolvent, added1times a theoretical value of hydrazine hydrate can obtain the sameproduct as a solvent of water.In the band of0.5~4GHz, the absorbing mechanism of85wt%Fe50Ni50alloypowders/epoxy composites is magnetic loss, and in the band of4~18GHz, theabsorbing mechanism of the composites is dielectric loss. In the band of0.5~18GHz,the value of magnetic loss tangent plus dielectric loss tangent of the powders is about0.2~0.3. Nano-Fe50Ni50alloy powder cores have a good soft magnetic properties in highfrequency, and its permeability is17.7when the frequency is1kHz. |
