The design technology of Electronic Controller Unit (ECU) for micro turbojet engine (MTE)is researched. The presented controller can not only meet the experimental needs, but also satisfythe requirements of the rigorous environment of aerocraft.STM32F103is adopted as core processor, which have advantages of high performance, lowpower consumption and low cost. Because of the importance of speed signal, speed sensor and itsconditioning circuit adopts dual redundancy scheme. A storage module is designed to record flighttest data. And a remote controller and wireless transceiver module is designed, whichcommunication distance is as far as500meters. During PCB design process, the method toreduce electromagnetic radiation is adopted. The method includes region partition based on signaltype, and layout optimization design, which improve the PCBboard’s electromagneticcompatibility dramatically.The main procedure of the control program is set up based on proscenium-background mode,and communicates with peripherals in DMA mode. Because CPU resources are saved, the controlstep is shortened to5milliseconds. Furthermore, the idling model for MTE is set up based onexperimental method. And the sensor fault diagnosis and signal reconstruction programs aredesigned to improve the reliability of the control system.At last, the prototype ECU for MTE was made. And electromagnetic compatibility test、hardware in loop (HIL) simulation test and the bench test were conducted to verify the presentedhardware and software design technologies.
