Electronic Control Unit(ECU) for mirco turbine engine(MTE) is designed based on STM32F103VET6 chip. And the key technology problems of transporting embedded operation system u C/OS-II in ECU software design are studied. Furthermore, the shortcomings of automatic start-up control of monitoring program are analyzed, a new automatic start-up program is presented. On the basis of the existing ECU, a new ECU is designed with STM32F103VET6 chip. In order to improve the A/D conversion precision, switching and linear voltage regulating chips are used to design power supply circuit. And digital circuit power and analog circuit power are separated to avoid electromagnetic interference(EMI). Thermocouple signals are acquired with Max6675 chip which performs cold-junction compensation. And ambient temperature is measured with DS18B20 chip. Real-time parameters are stored in SD card, which is read and written with SDIO interface. The ECU program is designed. The operation instructions of Max6675, SDIO and DS18B20 are encapsulated as interface functions, which provide services to upper layer applications. Embedded operation system u C/OS-II is transported. And some important operations, such as data communication, signal acquisition and control, are implemented through multi-task mechanism. Real-time parameters are stored and managed with FATFS file system. The real-time performance of ECU is tested. Hardware in loop simulation of ECU, which works in by-pass mode, is carried out. The simulation results show the effectiveness of ECU. Besides, to solve the problems in the start-up procedure, the control program is designed again and validated with bench test.
