This article presents the way of model parameters of flight control system for Tiltrotor aircraftand the design and simulation of controller. Tiltrotor aircraft faced complex force in flight time andconsidering the strong nonlinear coupling existed in the dynamic characteristics of Tiltrotor aircraft.Based on deeply analyzing key techniques in tilt-rotor aircraft, Proposed the solution development offlight control system simulation software, model characteristic analysis, flight control system designand imitation, flight task planning and air-fly test verification, etc. Specifically, the aspects mentionedabove are listed as follows:Firstly, Software system uses C#WPF tools as the basic framework and establish aircraft modelinformation, the controller model information, flight task information, to make the complex modelingprocess modularity, structured and interface it facilitates the understanding of the simulation engineersand communication.Secondly, Build the tilt-rotor aircraft nonlinear motion equation mathematical model. Besidesthat, the stable and control derivative of small disturbance linear model, stability and maneuverabilityis deeply analyzed for the helicopter flight mode and airplane flight mode. providing a specific objectfor the design and validation of flight control system.Then, the traditional control methods are described and the advanced control methods areproposed. Moreover, from the respects of the inner-loop and the outer-loop, the basic structure of theUAV’s autonomous flight control system is conducted, using the control method of Artificial NeuralNetwork Inverse System. According to this structure, the inner-loop attitude control system and thetrack control system are designed. Error compensation system based on Neural Network is developedaccording to the characteristics of model Tracking Error. Besides, online learning algorithm based onneural network is given.Finally, implementing the VS programming language, the UAV’s autonomous flight control andsimulation software is developed. Within the simulation environment, the correctness and rationalityis validated, and the simulation experiment of typical flight task is performed reference to the flightquality standard.The simulation results of the typical Mission-Task-Elements and autonomous flight demonstratesthat the flight control system can effectively achieve stability and tracking control of attitude andtrajectory and can meet the requirements of the autonomous flight well.
