The Investigation Of Operation Safety Guarantee Technology For Enterprise Vehicle Fleet

With our country to enhance safe production of enterprises management, enterpriseshave to strengthen internal safety management from all sides. In some enterprises, drivers ofenterprise vehicle fleet are required to improve their comprehensive competence. At the sametime, enterprises are enhancing operation safety guarantee technology for enterprise vehiclefleet.There are eight professional drivers as the research object for physiology and psychologycharacteristic test who were chosen stochastic from the vehicle fleet of Petro-china SouthwestOil&Gas Field Company. Via studying of relationship between professional drivers’ laborload and psychological load the traffic safety in the drive process, and analyzing the test data,a solution of operation safety guarantee technology for vehicle fleet is established. Thesolution has certain applicability to other enterprises fleet’s safety management.According to different types of test, it analyzed the test data by methods such asmathematical statistical analysis method, variance analysis method of single-factor varianceanalysis, non-parametric method of single sample K-S check and Wilcoxon signed rank testof two paris samples. The article mainly studied the research object’s physiological andpsychological characteristics. Via comparison and analysis, the evaluation indice of theresearch object’s physiology and psychology characteristic test are determined to varietyvelocity of pupil area, percentage of fixation duration and fixation number, average fixationduration, saccade velocity and increasing rate of HR in the process of driving.The research shows that professional driver’s physical quality parameters is better thannew drivers and drivers more than two years driving, but less than driving instructors. As thegrowth of the age, psychological quality of professional drivers may decline.In addition toenhancing the management for vehicle fleet, enterprises need to strengthen the driver’s drivingguide for enhancing the safety of transportation, according to analysis of vehicle test on thefour types roads such as ordinary road, provincial road, urban roads and super expressway.
