| The highways which were built in1990s have damage and aging indifferentdegrees,with significantly reducing of level of service,so the highway and itsfacilities cannot meet the needs of rapid economic development. At present, more andmore highwaysin the whole nation have entered the stage of the widen construction.In the widenconstruction of the highway, safety operation of the road has beenaffected because ofcongestion and frequent accidents in construction section.Therefore it is necessary andimperative that we should carry out traffic organizationsfor the widen construction.This dissertation is based on Hangzhou-jinhua-quzhou highway widenconstruction,discussed the designing principal and traffic diversion plans of trafficorganization inhighway widenconstruction. They are safetyprinciples, operating whileconstructing principle,unimpededprinciple,toensuretheconstructionscheduleprinciple,optimalbenefitprinciple.Some particular design in the special work areas; single trumpet interchangeconstruction section, shangxi interchange construction section, Jinhua hub-transformation, walk (tractor) bridge reconstruction in original place, the trafficorganization design for the construction of changing bridge plate;Provided a setup of the widen construction work zone facilities, explicit the workzone safety signs placing and removing points and requirements. |
