Research Of Traffic Diversion And Road Utilization Of The Restruction And Extension Of The Highway

With the rapid development of the national economy,the early constructed highway has been facing varying degrees of reconstruction and extension pressure and already entered into the stage of overhauling and expansion.Therefore,the urgent task of highway construction in our country is the upgrading and rebuilding of highway,making it better for the services of economic and social activities.The construction needs to occupy the original traffic lane during the reconstruction,thus this would give rise to the change of the existing traffic situation and even drastically reducing the highway capacity within a short time.Because the traffic organization of construction area is the main part of the reconstruction and extension of the highway,combined with the influencing factors analysis of the highway construction period,this paper re-analyses the traffic organization in the reconstruction and extension of the highway and provides ideas for the determination of the scheme of the traffic organization.This paper studies the root causes of traffic congestion during the reconstruction and extension of the highway,and offers the distribution and shunt node's alternative method and calculation model.Meanwhile,this paper studies the road utilization issues at different stages in the reconstruction and extension area,besides,this paper also studiesthe relation between traffic capacity and road utilization.In addition,this paper proposes the classification and calculation model of the reconstruction and extension of the highway based on the different service levels,and analyses the road utilizationin the reconstruction and extension area.At last,the research results of the paper are used in the project of construction and extension of Changzhang highway.The results of the research offer guidance for the construction and extension of the highway,and it is important for the advance of the traffic capacity and the guarantee of the traffic safety in the reconstruction and extension area.
