Sharp increase in the number of road tunnel current pace of development in the country, atthe same time, a large number of road tunnels appeared in a variety of disease problems,which caused a huge impact on the normal operation of the tunnel structure and tunnel safety,therefore, the tunnel structural safety evaluation is particularly important, the paper mainly inSea Cliff sub-tunnel speed hemp rely for their support in the form of three different levelsunder the rock, establish the appropriate ANSYS finite element model. Section of the tunnelstructure forces the calculation problem exists, according to the structure of the internal forcesand the safety factor of the tunnel for tunnel safety evaluation, and finally analyze thereliability of tunnel safety. Proposed security measures reasonably practicable measures toprovide a reference for future similar regional tunnel project design and construction. Theidea of this paper is as follows:(1)Field data quality finishing Ma Yazi tunnel was detected, the detection process pickedfound non-compliant section, as well as a serious disease problem section. These data on thesafety of the tunnel through the structure of a preliminary understanding.(2) ANSYS finite element analysis software to establish the structural model tunnel,removing the problem before deciding to pick a cross-section parameters for the specificproblems of each section to calculate its end internal forces, through the resulting internalforces calculated safety factor of tunnel structure, the structure of the tunnel to make securityevaluate(3) Application of ANSYS finite element analysis software PDS module, Monte CarloMethods in Latin Hypercube safety and reliability of the tunnel lining structure.Through the above analysis to get a bit of the main conclusions:(1)Tunnel construction safety evaluation, initial support tunnel secondary lining thicknessand have an impact on the safety of the tunnel, when the thickness of the specified value orless, the safety factor still meet regulatory requirements, but also surrounded initial supportbetween the rocks, with initial support lining the cavity between the secondary greater impacton the security of the tunnel structure, a lower safety factor of only0.51.(2) Reliability analysis of the structural safety of the tunnel, the secondary lining of themaximum bending tensile stress and maximum bending and eccentric compression stressreliability are95percent, in a safe state. After the tunnel secondary lining sensitivitycalculated: bending tensile stress on the secondary lining and eccentric compression andbending stress of a random variable is larger secondary lining thickness, rank correlationcoefficients were:-0.9672and0.9667.
