But also linked to a major roadtraffic accidents occur frequently and personnel casualties. it is our current and future aperiod of an important work to to do a good job of road passenger transportation safety,improve the safety performance of passenger cars, reduce the number of traffic accidents inthe group die group of injury shift of road traffic accidents. Bus safety including active safetyand passive safety,and body structure safety belongs to the category of passive safety. Goodbody structure safety can reduce casualties, play a protective role to passengers. However, dueto a variety of reasons, Less passenger frontal impact safety studies have been carried out athome and abroad. Therefore research on passenger car structure of frontal impact safetyperformance is of great significance.This article selects a certain type6120bus as the research object, First of all, accordingto the3d modeling and finite element modeling method and the specification, respectivelythe vehicle3d model and finite element model is established. Then bus is crashed on rigidwall under the collision velocity from10km/h to60km/h to study vehicle frontal crashstructure deformation, energy absorption ratio of each assembly as well as the driver’ssurvival space change, in-depth research has been done to the change of driver’s survivalspace,which put forward the four indicators of evaluation of driver’s survival space changeinitially and its’ changing during frontal collision. According to the analysis on the originalcar structure frontal collision, around on the target of increasing the amount of vehiclestructure total energy absorption under frontal collision and enhancing the driver’s survivalspace,modification have been made on the front,side,and sub of the body structure. Andthese modifications have been evaluated by the above evaluation indicators once more,thenpreliminary conclusion has been made to the general rule of bus structure of frontal impactsafety.Then the limit of the static intensity and the modal analysis has been carried out on thebus to make sure that the modified structures meet the needs of demand.The results of this article can provide some reference for bus frontal collision simulationanalysis, vehicle test and standard formulation and development and evaluation of bus infrontal crash safety. |
