| When heavy and length cargo transported by barge on the seaway, if the strength of securing plan is not enough, cargo will overturn and or slide, which may cause the damage and loss of cargo. Besides, carrying heavy and lengthy cargo will have great influence on the stability of the transporting barge, which may also cause the unnecessary property loss even casualties. All those above shows that enough strength of securing plan and stability of barge carrying heavy and lengthy cargo have been the basic guarantee of transportation safety. Based on above, this paper will research on the checking method for safety of securing scheme of heavy and length cargo transported by barge from the above two aspects.In terms of securing strength, this paper firstly research on the classification of cargo unit, including the affiliation and the property of heavy and lengthy cargo.Second, this paper survey and research the guideline and standard of heavy and lengthy cargo securing. Based on the afordsaid, this paer divide the force on the great good into inertia force, force by sea sloshing, force by wind pressure and force by securing. And this paper will study the methord of force calculation on account of the movement of the ship, in addition, make a coparation of different methord of calculation.As to the checking of stability of heavy loading barge, this paper research the basic theory of ship intact stability at first. Next, this paper survey and research the stability criteria of ship, especially the criteria which is appropriate for the barge. On the basic of research of theoretical calculation methods and stability criteria, this paper decides to check the stability of barge by means of secondary development of AutoCAD, and studies the technology of secondary development.On the basic of research of checking calculation, including securing strength and ship stability, this paper developed a checking software tool which is used in checking the safety of heavy and lengthy cargo transportaed by barge. This software can check the strength of securing scheme and stability of heavy-loading barge quickly and accurately,which is convenient for the mariner to check the reliability of the securing scheme. |
