Research On Traffic Accident Regulation Analysis And Preventive Measures Of China

The traffic safety situation has become the focus of global attention of various countries.Road traffic accidents kills nearly130million lives annually, while China on the road trafficaccident is one of the most serious countries, traffic safety situation is grim. Therefore, it is ofgreat significance to carry out research on traffic accident characteristics.Firstly,this paper describes the current research situation of domestic and internationalroad safety, Based on the traffic accident datas from China in2007~2011, research and analythe road traffic accidents’countermeasures. To research rules of road traffic accident in China,the paper studies the distribution regularities, including the time and space distribution,accident form distribution， death type distribution，weather type distribution and so on,giving an intuitive graphical distribution of the traffic accidents in different conditions.Secondly, according to our country road traffic accident, respectively from the motorvehicles, non motor vehicle drivers and pedestrians, performance and condition factors,vehicle type, road design, traffic control and climate etc. the causes of traffic accidents inChina is analyzed, describes the relation between the factors influence and trafficaccident.The paper introduces the prediction method of road traffic accidents, the final Grayforecast law.The light of gray characteristics of traffic accidents, GM(1,1) is employed topredict traffic accidents in China and the outcome is examined.In the end, based on the analysis of four aspects of the human,vehicle, road, environment,puts forward the prevention principle and countermeasures of traffic accidents, hope toimprove the traffic safety level in China.
