According to the statistics, by the end of2013, in our country more than15%a year ofasphalt pavement need to maintain. Because of the maintenance it will generate large amountsof waste asphalt mixture. In order to reduce the maintenance costs and save the resources, therecycle technology of old asphalt has become the necessary method to maintain the pavement.Therefore the recycle technology of old asphalt also has important economic and socialbenefits. In this thesis, based on the hot in-place, describe the common asphalt pavementdisease types and the commonly maintenance methods, and analyze the heating and recyclingequipments and simulate the temperature of the heating wall work on the pavement; use theinterior heating experiment device to design the experiments; in the end the asphalt mixture ofinsulation and heating schemes researched.This thesis analyses the common diseases, the methods of the maintenance and theprocess of the maintenance are discussed. According to the comparisons of the costs ofconstruction, environmental protection and social benefits, constructional force may chooserecycling technology. Through the study and analyses of the processes of hot in-place, whichcombined with the existing maintenance equipment put forward the advantage and limitationson the hot in-place recycling. Through the study and analyses of the existing maintenanceequipment, it puts forward two main systems: the heating system and the recycling system,which will directly affect the recycling process and the quality of regeneration. Based on thefinite element software ANSYS to simulate the existing heating ways of hot in-place vehicles,which contain of the hot air circulation heating, the infrared radiant heating and themicrowave heating, and get the pavements’temperature field, which can reflects thesimilarities and differences of the three kinds of heating mode directly. This result can providecertain basis for the selection of heating mode. Using the interior heating experimental devicecan design the experiments of the heating old asphalt pavement and to verify the accuracy ofthe simulation results. This experimental device also can be used to check the leakage of themicrowave wall and the heating uniformity and so on. Finally analysis was carried out on themaintenance car insulation bin, verified that the thickness of70mm with the rock wool as thermal insulation material has preservation performance within2hours. If the mixture in themaintenance car storage time is too long, the asphalt mixture needs to be heated insulationstorehouse. In this thesis, it mainly analyses this heating way of heating conducting oil: thedirectly heating using the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and the oil heating. It concludes thatthe result of the directly heating using the LPG has great temperature gradient and the heatinguniformity is bad; the oil heating has better heating quality, to ensure the construction quality.Through the discussion of this paper, it concludes that the difference of the heating effectamong the different heating equipments and the difference between the mixture of insulationand heating schemes. According to the actual pavement disease type, can choose the mostsuitable and regeneration of the heating and recycling equipments of the old asphalt pavement,to ensure the construction economic and construction quality. At the same time, it can help tooptimize the heating and recycling equipments of the old asphalt pavement and improve thework efficiency and economy performance.
