In-situ thermal regeneration technology has been extensively used in repairing damaged asphalt pavement due to its advantages of economy,efficiency,rapidity and less traffic interference.In the in-situ thermal regeneration technology of asphalt pavement,heating process is one of the key links.In the process of heating asphalt pavement,the heating temperature is generally required to be between 90? ~190 ?.Excessive or low heating temperature will affect the quality of thermal regeneration of asphalt pavement.At present,there are few studies on the temperature field distribution of asphalt pavement during heating process,especially on the characteristics of temperature field distribution under different heating processes.In order to better solve the problem of heating quality and heating efficiency of asphalt pavement thermal regeneration,it is necessary to further study the temperature field distribution of asphalt pavement under different heating processes and heating processes.Firstly,this paper introduces the heating modes in the thermal regeneration process of asphalt pavement,and makes a detailed analysis and comparison of the heating process and heating principles of various heating modes;makes a certain analysis of the influence of heating conditions and thermal physical parameters of asphalt mixture on the heating process;summarizes and classifies different heating processes,and makes a concrete analysis of their applicable scope and heating characteristics.analysis.Secondly,according to the process of infrared radiation heating asphalt pavement,two-dimensional modeling is performd by using Workbench simulation software,and the parameters of heating equipment are analyzed to some extent.The temperature distribution of asphalt pavement under different heating processes is studied,and different heating processes are optimized to ensure the heating quality and improve the heating efficiency.Thirdly,according to the process of heating asphalt pavement by hot air circulation,the two-dimensional model is built by FLUENT simulation software.In view of the uneven temperature distribution of asphalt pavement,the process of heating asphalt pavement is adjusted from different angles,such as increasing diversion device,increasing gas flow rate and adjusting nozzle layout,so as to evenly distribute the temperature field of asphalt pavement and improve the heating of asphalt pavement.quality.Finally,the process of heating asphalt pavement by hot air radiation is simulated and analyzed,and the temperature field distribution of asphalt pavement under different heating processes is analyzed,and an intermittent heating process in a certain temperature range is proposed,and the influence of wind speed on the temperature field of asphalt pavement during heating process is further studied.
