With the rapid development of science and technology, mechanical processing industryrequires the higher and higher precision. When the data are measured and controlled withultraprecise instruments, their surroundings will exist some influence on the precision.Micro-vibration has become the key factor influencing the normal operation of theinstruments, micro vibration control technology has come into being. The micro vibrationcontrol is a complex issue because the randomness of the environmental vibration andcomplex excitation of the structure resulting from the vibration. Therefore, the rationalmicro vibration preventive measure can be put forward only when the research on microvibration control technology is carried out from the perspective of structure. In view of themicro-vibration prevention theory, many domestic and overseas scholars have been workingat it. But most of the research work is focused on the equipment isolation and the researchon building structure micro-vibration prevention is few. As current equipment platformstend to be large, most of which are connected to the bases, so the design should be from theview of structure. In addition, the micro-vibration prevention has been impose on the mainstructure in many projects, which cannot only rely on partial vibration isolation, the over-allstructure micro vibration prevention design is required to meet the requirements ofmicro-vibration control.Vibration isolators can improve the structure performance effectively, and has beenwidely used in bridges, buildings and other projects. In order to study the impact of thevibration isolators on the structure micro-vibration control, this paper used the finiteelement analysis software SAP2000to simulate the structural micro vibration response. Theacceleration, velocity, displacement time history curve and reaction curve of some typicalpoints were by entering the measured acceleration. With the simulated data compared withthe original ones, the conclusion of the effect of vibration isolators on the structural microvibration response were drawn. Meanwhile, The workshop micro-vibration response undermulti-support excitations has been simulated in this paper. And the simulated results werecompared with single-support excitations to explore the effect of multi-support excitationson micro vibration control so as to provide some reference to structure micro-vibrationprevention.Comparison and analysis show that the isolators are beneficial to the micro-vibrationcontrol for they reduce both the acceleration and speed response, especially in verticaldirection. However they may increase the displacement response. And the response spectrum curve is similar to the time history curve. Vibration isolator can effectively changethe micro vibration prevention performance of vibration isolation platform. In the case ofmulti-support excitation, all the structural vibration isolation responses are magnified tosome extent, especially in horizontal direction. And the increase at each point in the samedirection is consistent. The change at each point of the beam is greater than that of thecolumn. The time at which a peak response is reached is closed to the natural vibrationperiod. So multi-support excitations are detrimental to the micro vibration control, whichshould be given more consideration in isolating vibration design.
