With the establishment of the New West Xi’Xian new area,with acceleration of theintegration of Xi’an and Xian yang,it will be connected to something that runs throughthe north and south of the major transportation hub. Xianyang lack of market demand forits regional status matches logistics infrastructure.In the rapid economic development inXian Yang City, the logistics industry needs to accelerate the pace of development is thebackground, the Asia-Europe Logistics Port Road West Ham integrated logistics parkcame into being.In this paper, The integrated theory used as a starting point to explain theconcepts of logistics integration theory, discusses the relationship between theBase-Nuclear and the difference between Base-Nuclear and Integrator.This paperused the Integration Theory as point, the actual functions Highway Portlogistics park to improve domestic road freight network, road-air express moreprofessional, logistics networking and integrated logistics market organizational capacityand improving efficiency, optimize urban functional structure, for the purpose ofintegrating logistics resources. Firstly, the status quo Highway Port Developing thelogistics industryofXian Yang, Points out the advantages of the Highway Port,makeclearthe core values and strategic positioning of the Highway Port, using gray model withmatlab software to predict the road freight port; combinetheintegratorto make celear thatthe field lines of the Highway Port and analyzed service processes of the Highway Port;design a Highway Port enterprise service model; Finally, the construction of the HighwayPort model, business model and profit model are analyzed.
