Marine Navigation radar display system as an important part of the radar, the main taskincluding: showing the original radar scan images, updating in real time according to thetarget state and related information, controlling navigation radar state, the human-computerinteraction, etc. In this paper, we studied the main task of the research Marine navigationradar display system design, based on the analysis comparison display system the moduletechnology developments, designed with friendly human-computer interaction interface, highspeed displayed radar scanning image accurately.Display system the main points of two parts including: image display part, GUI controlpart. In this paper, the two most of the specific research design respectively. Image shows partof the pretreatment of the radar echo data through data acquisition card, transferring frompolar coordinates to rectangular coordinates, effectively avoiding the phenomenon of blindspots; image showed the high real-time requirements, large amount of data, in order to meetthe requirements selected OpenGL to render images, and use its advantages in controllingpixels image magnification, narrowing the function real-time implementation. According tothe characteristics of Marine navigation radar, from setting out actually complete GUI radarcontrol part of the design, including radar state display, target state control, parameter settingthree major modules. This paper dealed with three main modes in detail, eccentric algorithmwas verified by mathematical could accurately meet eccentric control function.Through the analysis of the ARPA radar technology applied by the study, innovativewith the method of weighting in the coordinate system to improve its capture, admissions,tracking algorithm, verified by international standards of five scenarios, and combined withthe practical application of verification, the experimental data and theoretical data to contrast indicates that algorithm could realize high speed and high precision motor state of collisionavoidance.Using VS2008programming, the system finally programming transplantationapplications under the Windows CE operating system. Peripherals liked your mouse andkeyboard instruments through special integrated display controlling terminal to the serial port,radar images displayed more internal data flexibly and conveniently, greatly enhanced theease of navigation radar and human friendly.
