With the energy shortage, environmental pollution and climate warming has become a serious problem, the global each big enterprises compete for the hybrid electric vehicle research and development. In the matching vehicle configuration and power system parameters are given, HEV plays a great role in energy saving and emission reduction by optimization control strategy with vehicle structure configuration and matching parameters are established. Choosing a parallel hybrid electric vehicle, the automatic calibration and optimization platform development and Research on calibration optimization of control parameters based on the platform.Analysis of the optimization and calibration research, developed a software-in-loop optimization and calibration scheme for HEV, achieve the software-in-loop optimization and calibration function, not only verifying the reliability of the HEV model and the control algorithm, but also the simulation precision can be improved, the real characteristics can be worked more accurately without hardware, provide an important reference for HIL simulation and real vehicle test later.Vehicle model is established by AVL CRUISE and verified the system; control strategy and operating mode are analyzed, optimizing and calibrating HEV by software-in-loop simulation, and model tested.Study optimization algorithms, combined with the characteristics of hybrid system parameter optimization, particle swarm algorithm as global optimization algorithm for automatic optimization and calibration; analysis of the characteristics of automatic calibration system of hybrid electric vehicle, make ensure real-time performance; MLIB/MTRACE interface function is designed for accessing of HEV automatic optimization and calibration system for real-time.Through the study on the function and principle of automatic optimization and calibration system, the development program of automatic optimization and calibrated platform for HEV is designed, analysis the platform needs, the hardware system and software environment is determined, complete hybrid automatic optimization and calibration platform.
