The early Fujian province and even the whole country mainly concentrated in thecoastal plain area, in recent years, with the rapid growth of China’s economycontinued stability, as the economic gap between the East and West, change betweenurban and rural areas, between the inland Coastal Expressway extending tomountainous areas, gradually, to meet the needs of the development of regionaleconomy. Because of my province is mostly hilly, construction of the highway bridgeand tunnel proportion is large, especially in the northwest and the ratio can be up to47%of the mileage. In order to ensure the normal operation of the order of ourProvincial Expressway in mountain area and road traffic safety of expresswayelectromechanical system, supporting communication, monitoring, in addition tocharge three system the traditional equipment, but also increased the amount of trafficmonitoring and ventilation tunnel lighting and power supply system equipment, pastthe coastal plain area the electromechanical system of expressway maintenancemanagement mode and experience is not fully applicable to mountain area highway.Based on the southeastern coastal plain is my province northwest Fujian Provinceand Fujian Expressway status, characteristics of electromechanical system, analysesof mountainous expressway electromechanical system operation safety, cost,organization pattern and so on three aspects, including:1, through the analysis of mountainous expressway electromechanical systemenvironment, human factors, equipment, put forward a mountainous area highwayelectromechanical system of equipment maintenance and safety measures.2, based on analysis of electromechanical system for freeway in mountainous area,focusing on the tunnel dynamic costs, through analysis of the specific case to putforward energy saving control and management scheme is scientific and applicable.3, to study the organization mode of project management as the basis, combinedwith the actual situation in the mountain of electromechanical system for freeway intomatrix management mode, and through the practical application proves that the matrix management mode can be achieved certain results in resource optimizationand control.Finally, in mountain areas of Northwest Fujian one section of Fuzhou Yinchuanexpressway as an example, through analysis of the electrical and mechanicalmaintenance section concrete problems and management problems encountered bythe proposed optimization scheme is feasible, and the effect was evaluated. Thispaper studies two aspects from the theory and empirical research such as hand,broaden the maintenance management of expressway electromechanical system innorthwestern Fujian mountain runs, and promote the management level.
