Natural gas power generation belongs to the thermal power generation category,base on the Brayton cycle theory,this paper puts forward a power mode named naturalgas interal combustion type constant pressure heating power system,and has a deepthreach about each part of the system’s design and control.The work of this paper can bedivided into the following sections:Firstly,with the depth understanding of natural gas interal combustion typeconstant pressure heating power system’s basic principles,the paper has completedthe system model’s building and analyzed mathematical model of the system,makesadequated preparations for the system’s design and control. Combustor and airmotor’s efficiency is very important to the system, so the works about combustor andair motor are just as the following two aspects:(1) The design of combustor and itsignition system is completed.The old gas distribution structure of the air motor isreplaced by the new gas distribution structure which is controlled by electromagnetand has improved the efficiency and reliability of the engine.(2) The system useSTM32as the controller of the combustor’ ignition system and distribution structure.The combustor’ ignition system and pneumatic solenoid valve structure’s circuit issimulated in the Multisim, the simulation results validated the correctness of thecircuit.Secondly, the works of the power generation system’s grid connection are just asthe following two aspects:(1)In order to optimize the efficiency of power generationsystem, the generator’s speed need to be adjusted. Squirrel-cage motor’ speed isadjusted by the vector control method which is based on rotor field oriented. With thedepth understanding of vector control method, the paper completes buildingsquirrel-cage rotor motor control system based on magnetic field oriented vectorcontrol and simulates the system in MATLAB/Simulink.The simulation resultsvalidated the correctness of vector control method. Motor has a good dynamic andsteady-state performance.(2)The paper has completed the line-side converter selectionand control and make a detailed analysis about the network side converter control. The last part of the paper completes each sensor selection of the monitoringsystem and design of the PC,and uses LabVIEW as the system’s host computer. Themonitoring of important datas of the system is completed by LabVIEW.This paper completed design process of natural gas combustion type heating powersystem at constant pressure and provides the necessary theoretical basis for the actualsystem,and has a far-reaching significance to the actual operation system.
