In contemporary society, cars have become the most secure and reliable means of transport. Since the car was invented, people’s pursue for travel comfort and security of car is getting higher and higher, which brings the continuous innovation of automobile technology. Because of the increasingly stringent vehicle emissions regulations among countries in recent years, new energy vehicles which apply fuel cell, hybrid, natural gas and alcohol fuels is invented continually. The compressed gas engine is emerged, which is the power source of pneumatic vehicle. It uses high-pressure compressed gas to drive engine, and is a new power plant which makes the energy stored in high-pressure gas convert to a new mechanical energy. Compressed gas engine expands to work by the compressed gas, replacing to release energy by burning fossil fuels, so the eventually exhaust discharged to the atmosphere is only air or nitrogen, which is truly one of "zero emissions" power plants in the existing new energy vehicles. Because of the short development cycle, easy design and manufacturing of reciprocating piston air engine, the research about it is relatively more and makes great progress in high-pressure gas regulator and engine valve train design.Based on jet of compressed air engine valve train by electronic control manner, this paper takes further study on flow regulator of high-pressure gas, and put forward my own design scheme in order to further improve the structure design.The paper uses a four-stroke DW186FA as a prototype. The engine valve train does not need much modification, only need to design a high-pressure air intake mechanism to replace the original injector which is connected to the engine cylinder, so that the high-pressure air is injected into the original combustion chamber.This paper describes the basic working principle and working process on the jet of compressed air engine valve train in detail, meanwhile the working medium is high-pressure gas, so the paper have also done a detailed description on the choice of seals.The main structure of the intake air of the engine has a valve, a valve train group and a buffer. The fourth, fifth and sixth chapters describe the main design ideas and the design process in detail.This paper analyzes the working environment and the characteristics of the valve and design a high-pressure jet of compressed gas engine air intake mechanism, which combines the cam and the solenoid to complete the process of high-pressure air intake. The cam to open the valve and the solenoid electromagnet to maintain the valve opening can compensate for insufficient of energy dissipation and heat dissipation on electromagnet used singly. The main innovation of this paper combines cam mechanism and solenoids to achieve valve working under the conditions of high speed, variable flow and high pressure.
