Analysis And Design Of Atrium Space Thermal Environment Of Shopping Malls In Harbin

With the development of national economy, the quality of life is catchingthe attention of people, the comfort of architectural space has become the mainconcern of the users. The microclimate of atrium is an important part of thewhole building ecological environment, its role is irreplaceable. It is noexaggeration to say that the atrium space is the "lung" of the building, so lack ofrespect for the atrium in the design, will directly affect the function of the wholeconstruction, not only causes energy wastage, but also affects the comfort ofatrium, even the atrium space will lose the value of existence. So now the key ofresearching question is how to create a comfortable and pleasant atriumenvironment for users.According to the requirement details of this paper and the characteristic ofHarbin residents activities, author selected the most representative shoppingmalls as the object of study, after site investigation analysis on the atrium ofshopping malls in Harbin. The shopping malls cover the main store atrium spacetypes, and the area of the shopping malls is more important for the residents,make the survey data of the research results cover more stores in Harbin, and theresults more universal. In this paper, the research objects are the atrium space ofNEW100shopping plaza and Jinan international shopping plaza, through systemanalysis of the result of field survey data, using surfer software to simulate thecondition of horizontal distribution of air temperature, humidity, air velocity ofthe atriums, this paper expounds that the influence of different physical on thethermal environment of atriums of the shopping malls. This paper analyzed thatthe atrium space environment, physical environment and individual differencesof the atriums, to put forward some architectural design methods and cont rolstrategies of the controls of the thermal environment of atriums. In addition, thispaper put forward some viewpoints renewable energy at the mall use also putsforward some views of renewable energy on the use of the atrium.The atrium of shopping malls is a complex space form, the research onthermal environment is still in the exploratory stage, this paper hopes that provides architectural design workers and relevant researchers some references,through the testing and analysis of NEW100shopping plaza and Jinaninternational shopping plaza.
