With the continuous improvement of people’s living conditions, the car onlyplaying the role of means of transport has been unable to meet the requirements ofpassengers. people in the choice of the car, more focuse on vehicle comfort, handlingstability and security. The most effective way to improve the comfort and smooth whenthe vehicle is traveling is to improve the damping function of vehicle suspension system.Now the method of controlling magneto-rheological damper suspension systemcommonly is skyhook control strategy, although it can better improve the systemperformance, but it still exists some insufficients, such as Bang-Bang control,uncontrolling the direction of damping force. Thesis researchs on these strategiesdefects.Firstly, the development of vehicle suspension systems and the application ofmagnetorheological damper on the system are described. Thesis analyzes the rheologymechanism of magnetorheological fluid and classifies according to its differentcomposition, which can select the type suitable for vehicle suspension. And thenworking principle of the magneto-rheological damper is Introducted。magneto-rheological damper is classified for different purposes and shear valvestructure is usually used in vehicle suspension.Thesis also introduces different modelsof magnetorheological damper and analyzes the mechanical properties of each model.ItFocuses on the more common applicated parametric dynamic model, where Binghammodel partially separateds controllable force and viscous damping force, which greatlyreduces the complexity of nonlinear questiongs of the other models during the control. areasonable correction model is given for the error problem existed in Bingham model.Then the incentive model of the road disturbance signal and the local dynamicsmodel of vehicle suspension system based on Bingham model are builded. Then thesismakes a brief analysis for the skyhook control strategy. This strategy can only beachieved between maximum control and zero control,which is a kind of Bang-Bangcontrol. You can not play the continuously adjustable strengths of magnetorheologicaldamper and control the direction of the damping force. For the aboveproblem,optimization scheme is proposed in this paper and the simulation results showthat this scheme is indeed feasible.Finally, the calculation of Coulomb force is obtained and the inverse function ofCoulomb force is fitted,which is used to eliminate the nonlinear parts in the controlsystem. Through the above process, the control system will substantially be a linearsystem. Then a complete suspension closed-loop control system based onmagnetorheological damper is builded and several evaluated amounts about vehicle suspension system are raised.
