| The Check Valve is the key component of Hydraulics and Pneumatics Pipeline System,and its performance, reliability and lifetime affect the safety of the whole pipeline and pumpset, especially on the ones applied in the spacecraft field. The paper researched the flat sealingcheck valve on the pressure difference involved in spacecraft field. It is very essential toanalyze and study the impact factors of performance in order to work in a high level for checkvalve.1.This chapter introduces the types and applied field of valves, work principle, speciesand application status of check valve, the characteristics of aerospace check valve.Also, theimpact factors are analyzed on the flat sealing check valve under the pressure difference plane.In the end, the chapter summarized the research status about the influence factors on checkvalve, the meaning and purpose of this paper simultaneously.2.This chapter researched the influence of the surge on the performance of the flatsealing check valve analyzed the reason of the surge problem as well. Then solving theinherent frequency by establishing check valve spring mass system model. Lastly, the surgeproblem of check valve is solved by analyzing forces and movements of spool under differentopening pressure with FLUENT.3.This chapter studied that how the spring impacts on the work performance of checkvalve, which the report researched in terms of check valve sealing performance,workinglifetime, opening performance and stability.Meanwhile, the chapter conducted primarystudy in verifying performances above.4.This chapter designed one test system on lifetime performance validation of checkvalve and introduced briefly lifetime test of sealing element during the working period forcheck valve. At the same time, two test systems are designed on lifetime validation under bothgas and liquid medium environment, and building the gas check valve life verification systemsuccessfully. |
