As an important component in the hydraulic system,check valve is widely used in hydraulic system,like protecting the hydraulic pump,preventing interference of the oil,maintaining a certain pressure or locking hydraulic cylinder and so on.Its performance,reliability and service life will directly affect the safety of hydraulic system.The mechanical spring is an important component of a check valve,often due to its failure mode affect the check valve's normal operation,like fatigue,fracture,relaxation,plastic deformation and so on.In recent years,with the development of material technology,magnetic materials have been widely used.Because of so many advantages of magnetic spring,like simple structre,short transmission path of force,no fatigue wear and so on,If the magnetic spring is applied to check valve,it will improve the open and close characteristics of check valve,reduce pressure loss,reduce noise and vibration,and extend its service life.The classification and research status of check valve was introduced in this paper,the classification of spring and research status of permanent magnet spring was summarized too.It has introduced the classification of magnetic materials,the basic parameters of magnetic materials,the theory of magnetic materials and the theory of magnetic force calculation.Useing the principle of "Same sex exclusion and Different sex attraction",this paper designed two kinds of permanent magnet spring check valve and selected its material reasonable.Useing the FLUENT modules of ANSYS analysised the flow field of the permanent magnet spring check valves,and improved structure for avoiding small area vortex,It turns out to that the structure of check valve designed is reasonable,it can avoids cavitation.Through the leakage test,it is verified that the two kinds of permanent magnet spring check valves safe and reliable,it works without leakage.Through the flow test of different opening pressure of the mechanical spring check valve and two kinds of the permanent magnet spring check valve,it is proved that the repulsive force of permanent magnet spring's opening pressure is the smallest and opening speed is the fastest,gravity spring check valve opening speed slightly slower than repulsive force of permanent magnet.Through the differential pressure flow characteristic test,it proved that the two kinds of permanent magnet spring check valve is more sensitive than the mechanical spring check valve,the gravity permanent magnet spring check valve's pressure loss is the smallest,the mechanical spring check valve's pressure loss is the most,and then it proves that permanent magnet spring check valve has the advantages of energy saving,high efficiency,and the performance and life of the check valve can be improved.
