As a clean renewable energy, wind energy has getting more and more attention in a lot of country. However, the wind energy is intermittent and instability cause the damage of the load and pollution on the grid. It’s hard to solve the difficulty in grid actually, so to establish a non interconnection of distributed generation system, Stored the electrical energy in the super capacitor and battery is also a effective way of use the electricity. Use the switch reluctance generator for generating power, power through the Boost chopper circuit of pressure from the input to the load power supply, super capacitor and li-ion battery hybrid energy storage components are connected to the dc power grid through the bidirectional converter, by controlling the duty ratio of the bidirectional converter, realize the DC Bus and hybrid energy storage system for wind power system, the energy flows between the power when the load demand is lower than the power from the wind power generation system, power supply, DC Bus to both load and recharge energy storage system; When the load demand power is higher than the power from the wind power system, hybrid energy storage system and can return power to the dc bus, so as to realize the energy in a hybrid energy storage system with dc bus transfer between wind power generation system, improve the stability of wind power system and power supply quality effectively.In this paper, the storage characteristics of the super-capacitor and battery energy are mainly investigate, according to their physical characteristics, the battery non-linear mathematical model was established, which contains the affected factors such as temperature factors, environmental factors and so on, common used battery charg-ed control mode are analyzed. In the traditional charging mode, constant current is needed first,and then constant voltage, because the charging time of the traditional mode is longer, the piecewise constant current charging control is adopted by the fuzzy control algorithm, it can shorten the charging time. Fuzzy control consists of fuzzy rules and defuzzification, the fuzzy translate accurate quantity into fuzzy quantity, the defuzzification translate the fuzzy quantity into the precise output.The releasing and storing device can release and store energy by controlling the Bi-directional converter IGBT switches when the electric power is changed firstly, the main circuit’s topological structure of the Bi-directional converter is analyzed in this paper, according to the working principle of the Bi-directional converter, a Simulation model of the Bi-directional converter based on super capacitor’s energy Storage is built. It can complete the control of the super capacitor’s energy storage and improve the energy storage’s dynamic performance of the energy storage system through PI control of IGBT duty of Bi-directional DC converter based on super capacitor’s energy storage at the same time, the effectiveness of the IGBT switch control’s strategy can be verified, a bi-directional converter hardware circuit is built.Base on STC12C5A60S2microcontroller, it competes the compiling the PID control process and software, the experimental test’s results verify the feasibility and control strategy’s effectiveness of the Bi-directional converter design.
