With the country’s logistics parkconstruction in regional urbanization, industrialization repeatedly, many drawbacks appear.How to research and analysis through in-depth research on the logistics park constructionand development to provide strong scientific guidance, plays the positive role to urbaneconomic development.In this paper, a thorough induction on the development of the domestic andinternational logistics park is given based on the review of the concept and theory oflogistics parks. Taking Pingxiang county in Hebei Province as research objectives, basedon the theory of logistics parks, combined with the current level of rural logistics industryand logistics park planning and construction and development, the requirement of logisticsand scale of logistics park is forecasted. And also a construction solution on thePingxiang county logistics parkwith a comprehensive analysis in considering variousfactors is given. Some suggestions are made for the construction of it.
