| With the rapid development of world economic integration,economic and trade exchanges between China and various countries are becoming more and more extensive and frequent.As an important link to develop international logistics business,railway logistics park with cross-border logistics function has become a bridgehead for international economic and trade exchanges.The railway logistics park located in an important position on the border has become an important development direction to develop modern international logistics business.Integrating international and domestic logistics industry standards and processes to meet the requirements of personalized service for different cross-border trade customers determines that it must have unique operating conditions and management strategies.Based on the experience of internationalization development of railway logistics parks at home and abroad,and combining with the present situation of existing railway road transportation organization,customs clearance supervision,inspection and quarantine,freight organization and cross-border trade at the ports of railway logistics parks around China’s border stations,this paper combs the problems of transportation capacity restriction,low coordination efficiency and insufficient market development in the internationalization operation of railway logistics parks,finds solutions,puts forward how to strengthen the transportation capacity,storage,cooperative operation and market expansion,and summarizes the conditions and operation strategies for the formation of railway logistics parks.This paper selects Qisumu Railway Logistics Park as the research object,makes a detailed analysis on the railway road transportation organization,internal function layout condition,operation management mode and international logistics products under the existing conditions,studies how to plan the Qisumu Railway Logistics Park in terms of transportation organization,channel capacity,collection benefit,resource utilization ratio,internal organization efficiency,etc.,and builds it into an international logistics park,puts forward detailed development strategy,and carries on the example verification,selects out each evaluation index which can determine the logistics park operation organization,uses the DEA to establish the standard model,Based on the examples of this paper —— the practical application effect of the development strategy of Qisumu Railway International Logistics Park is comprehensively evaluated,and compare its data collection and analysis for many years to measure whether the resource input of the park is used effectively.At the same time,the input variables can maximize the output.The research results will provide a theoretical reference for the development of international logistics industry in railway logistics park. |
