Governments and relevant departments throughout the country also hope to promote the development of logistics industry by integrating logistics resources and bringing scale effect into play with a view to facilitating the development of their cities. The development of the society as well as the diverse changes in the needs of customers makes the business modes of modern logistics become more and more individualized and professionalized. perception or from the subjective aspect of logistics based on architectural design standards to emphasize the size and image of the construction, which is highly likely to cause low efficiency in the use of logistics parks, high costs, poor practicality, etc. The layout of function areas will directly affect the functions of the logistics park. To achieve the optimal layout of each function area using correct facilities for the planning and layout and effective function layout methods is the prerequisite and foundation for the planning and construction of logistics parks.According to the actual situation, the paper combined the planning and design of Wu'ai Trading and Logistics Zone at Shenyang and using the improved the exploratory research on the functional area layout of logistics park by using the improved SLP design method, then put forward function area layout of the zone. The paper calculated the land size of each area. Also according to the detailed analysis on the urban and traffic road networks in Wu'ai Trading and Logistics Zone, this paper proposes some substantive suggestion on road planning, construction and application within the radiation scope of the district. The paper summarizes the principle, steps and characteristics, and predict the demand of logistics park and the area of physical function to establish a comprehensive mutual relationship, to verify its applicability, the preliminary optimization of the layout of the program. It could provide a theoretical basis for the planning and designing of Logistics Park.
