Along with our country petroleum chemical industry’s rapid development, to centrifugal compressor unit and centrifugal compressor unit much condition, variable speed control requirements also more and more high, and green energy saving also appears especially important.Therefore, in order to recycle hydrogen compressor integral form a complete set of high frequency control of motor speed control system must be able to ensure the safe and stable operation of compressor, and the best play compressor performance, compressor in the energy saving under the working conditions of for users to create the greatest benefits.This paper research content mainly includes the following several aspects:(1) analysis of the centrifugal compressor working principle, points out centrifugal compressor structure and high voltage asynchronous motor structure and explosion classification, for circulating hydrogen compressor frequency control of motor speed system design content established research target.(2) through the centrifugal compressor flow characteristics, control method and the joint operation of the network and the paper, a more comprehensive considering the compressor operation of possible problems.
