As fast developing of China’s economy and industry, Energy cost increase quickly in process of industry producing, and turbine-centrifugal air compressor is a better solution that is instead of compressor driven by motor in industry application. Client are like to use the solution. Turbine-centrifugal compressor is a kind of better economical & high efficiency solution, it can vastly decrease energy consume during industry producing and create more economic value for customer.The main research object is compressor control system. My main works will be comprised of three parts, and do fault analysis for machine. Base on analysis we know two key function speed control and anti-surge control that is the most important for whole machine. So we should supply better solution. Secondly, Base on working principle of surge and mathematic model, I design a new way for anti-surge control with improved temperature compensation. And provide a different way to design control system. And test it if can improve machine running efficiency with test platform. Then analyze test parameters between winter and summer condition. Describe how to build control system with different function. And advise how to choose a better controller. Thirdly, present the mathematic model of stream turbine speed control and the result of stable condition solver. Then take analog simulation by Matlab-Simulink and analyze dynamic stability of speed control system, and advise how to choose main parts of system and design control system. Finally, I think it will become a criterion that can be used on similar engineering project in future.
