In recent years,the development of the freeway improves the efficiency oftransportation and brings convenience to people’s lives,also creates an economic valueto society. However,with car ownership improved significantly,due to the chaotictraffic management system,management tools backwardness and lack of seriousfreeway traffic safety awareness, causes a variety of accidents on the freewaycurrently frequent occurrence caused to the national economy a significant loss.Therefore,how to prevent and reduce freeway traffic accidents becomes a hot issue.The paper analyzes the cause of the accident in Hunan freeway,characteristicsand rules,and builds the freeway accident early warning model based on rough sets,and the evaluation criteria of model. The system is mainly divided into three parts:data acquisition, data processing and result output. The part of data acquisition usingmobile terminal integrated devices such as cameras, acceleration sensor, GPS,steering wheel, car audio, image acceleration environment, car vehicle locationinformation real-time acquisition of driver vehicle. Then the data processing, therunning state and operation state acquisition vehicle.Finally,the paper implements afreeway warning system based on the Android platform.The paper carried the following research aspects:(1)The paper describes the overview of research,the method of research and thecontent of research. It compares the domestic freeway traffic accident early warningsystem to similar systems abroad and pointing out the inadequacies of the domesticsystem.(2) The research of Accident Early Warning System must be based on theanalysis of the accident. To this end,this paper analyzes characteristics and Freewayaccidents caused,specially,the Distribution for the Hunan Provincial Freewayaccidents,in order to provide a basis for further research.(3)Research in attribute reduction algorithm based on SQL,find some problemsinfluenced efficiency of algorithm. This paper comes up with a new algorithm ofUser-defined precision attribute reduction based on SQL. The algorithm is proved byexperiments.(4)This paper combines rough sets theory and freeway accident early warningsystem, builds the freeway accident early warning system model based on rough sets.Reduced the freeway accident factors by the freeway accident early warning systemmodel based on rough sets,removed some redundant attributes,and then determined the weight of each core value of the attribute by the AHP. The freeway accident earlywarning system model is proved by experiments.At last,This paper combine the Freeway Accident Early Warning and mobileterminals by develop a Freeway Accident Early Warning system on the Androidplatform. It had been run on Mi Phone2S successfully.
