Highway Traffic Safety Early Warning Research Based On Rough Set

Since the invention of the automobile traffic accident has not left the line of sight of people. The era of progress at any time, traffic safety problem more and more get the attention of people. Traffic safety means that after the accident caused by the loss of people is acceptable; When loss exceeded the scope of the people in the mind can accept, the traffic is not safe. Traffic safety problem is a kind of extremely special problems, the traffic system is the restriction of the system’s internal factors, and the system of the external environment disturbance. People, vehicles, roads, environment management, and other factors will run the risk of highway. These factors have the characteristics of uncertainty or hard to quantify, and lack of data support, and now the analysis method is based on human subjective judgment.Aiming at the problems above, this paper on the dynamics of the highway traffic safety warning system of the building are studied.Clear the concept of early warning system, the process of building principles of early warning system, early warning, content, system function, operation process and system framework are studied. Then, the study of rough set theory, the use of its deal with uncertainty and the characteristics of incomplete information, especially the attribute reduction function, principle, rule generation principle of attribute importance, established the dynamic early warning model of road traffic safety based on rough sets. Combined with the instance, build the human factors, vehicle factors, road factors, environmental factors and management factors of comprehensive early warning index system, using the theory of rough set knowledge granularity and for screening of early warning indicators of attribute importance and the determination of index weight calculation results were obtained. Finally, Based on GIS-T, with Java, JSP, SQL Server, GXI design for development tools, such as the development of highway traffic safety dynamic early warning system for application software, the software is easy to operate, easy to understand.
