Among them, domestic study on the tree species selection and landscape design-is poor and lack of systematic plan theories and methods as the instructions.Therefore, this thesis focuses on the study of sightseeing orchard tree species selection and landscape design.This paper applies the fruit science, tourism science, planning and other related theory, adheres to the principle of combining theory with practice,using the consult massive literature material, questionnaire survey and project practice, explores the theoretical basis for the construction of sightseeing orchard in Changsha County,puts forward tree species selection ideas and the angle of landscape design, and carries on the application through the actual case.Through the tourist market survey results, construction of sightseeing orchard in Changsha County should be policy support, funding and technology as well as the rational use of park resources, should be placed in the convenient transportation, the natural scenery and humanistic features prominent area.In species selection, the tree species selection of sightseeing orchard should be divided into production tree species and landscape plant species,mainly using native tree species, suit one’s measures to local conditions, to create a rich sense of rhythm trees landscape.
