The urban road view is an important part of the construction of urban greenland system, which is an important part of city landscape ecosystem. It not only played the role of beautifying our environment, but also having a great influence on visual, ecological, practical function and cultural connotation.Taking19main roads in Tunchang County as the research object, this research has investigated species of plants and greening road disposition models; using AHP evaluation method, it evaluated tree species, from which selected suitable trees; we’ll propose optimization according to the investigation of greening road disposition models. The result indicated that:(1) The investigation showed that18major roads were one road plate with two green belts, one street was four road plates with five green belts named Changsheng Road,.there were52plant species for street greening, belong to28families and45genera, including26native tree species, accounting for50%of the proportion of the total. We found there were many problems,such as a few plant species application, the low diversity of plants, not enough application of native tree species, single ornamental landscape, and a higher in repetition rate(2) The chosed13indexs are used to research plant species for street greening, using AHP evaluation method, selecting dominant species. The result indicated that the main tree species are Ficus altissima, Ficus virens var.sublanceolata, Ficus microcarpa var.pusillifolia, Syzygium rehderianum, Alstoniascholaris, Lagetstroemia speciosa Linn, Bauhinia purpurea L, Bischoffia javanica Bl.Bijdr; the shrub is Ixora chinensis, Bougainvillea spectabilis wind, Calliandra haematocephala, Hibiscus rosa-sinensis, Allamanda schottii, Duranta repens Linn; the Palmae is Areca catechu Linn, Livistona chinensis R. Br, Roystonea regia, Dypsis decaryi(Jum.) Beentje&J.Dransf.(3) It researched and explored plants disposition configuration from the allocation of arbor, shrub and herbage, spatial and vertical structure, with the characteristics and growth habits. Through the investigation, there were level less, green area small, configuration change less. And some suggestions have been given for solving Problems meniioned above:increase the application of native tree species, rich level, improve the obserbability, and provid theoretical basis and scientific reference.
