The Research On Changes And Creations Of Haikou Rural Landscape Under Rural Tourism Intervention

Putting forward the construction of Hainan international tourism island, the rural tourism developed rapidly. It not only promote the new rural construction, but satisfied people to return to nature. The rural tourism has become a trend in the development of Haikou rural settlements. The rural tourism, a new mode of production bring economic development to Haikou rural settlements. At the same time, it also produced some negative effects. Many scholars mainly study the effect of tourism on rural settlement from the economic and cultural aspects. However, research it from landscape aspect is weak. Therefore, this paper mainly study the influence of rural tourism in Haikou rural settlement landscape. It means that we look the rural settlement landscape as the core, study its variation characteristics and existing problems under the background of tourism, and avoid problems with planning and design methods.First of all, we study the related concepts of the paper, the research both at home and abroad, and the theoretical basis by literature analysis. Secondly, on the basis of theoretical research, the two groups of rural tourism development in Haikou city area has carried on the on-the-spot investigation, and some of the typical settlements has detail case analyzed. After study, we find that there are local change and whole change in the Haikou rural settlement landscape changes. Although specific change content is different, but the two kinds of settlement landscape changes have similarities. Therefore, we conclude that the characteristics of the rural settlement landscape change are function touristization, scale enlarged, space opened, using something to instruct,such as the changes of roads, buildings, public space under the tourism intervention. And the evolution reasons and evolution mechanisms of the rural settlement landscape are satisfying the accessibility,entertainment, service of rural tourism. The problems that exist in the settlement landscape changes, mostly reflect the chaos of rural landscape and the loss of culture, due to the builders aesthetic deviation and the lack of planning landscape. Finally, on the basis of case study, this paper puts forward Haikou rural settlement landscape planning and design ideas and principles. And make the the specific landscape design for the form of settlement layout, road, building, public space, in an effort to protect the Haikou rural settlements and promote the rural tourism development at the same time.
