This paper established a network operating costs and expenses and distributed power loss minimum target to voltage constraint, power constraints, trends constraints, distributed power capacity constraints as the constraints with a penalty function to deal with constraints mathematical model.Using genetic algorithms to solve the problem, genetic algorithm elitist strategy, using adaptive crossover and mutation rate.In this paper, the use of Matlab software program to calculate, analyze six different combinations of distributed power distribution access points and access grid capacity, indicating the effectiveness of the algorithm proved the power of distributed access points and access different capacity would affect the distribution network, different combinations of distributed power optimal access points and capacity.This paper describes the characteristics of VC6.0about using VC6.0location and capacity of the theory of distributed power set into the preparation software can easily determine the distributed power distribution network in the access points and locations.
