Development of national economy, the demand for electricity is also growing. In response to the growing electricity consumption, on the one hand to increase the capacity, on the other hand you want to save energy. Traditional power generation will produce large quantities of pollutants, and uneconomical. Most of clean energy distributed power use, environmentally friendly, but it is also a renewable energy source. After the distribution of the power distribution network access, will the trend with respect grid, such as impact protection. Rational allocation of distributed power access points and access capacity will reduce the impact on the distribution network protection, and can reduce system losses, improve voltage level, and enhance the reliability of the distribution network. There fore, this study with distributed power access location and capacity of the grid.Papers detailing the probabilities of the various distributed power, output characteristics, control characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, etc. describes the impact of distributed power distribution power flow, voltage level protection, and focused on the stability of the distribution network state voltage distributed impact. This paper established a network operating costs and expenses and distributed power loss minimum target to voltage constraint, power constraints, trends constraints, distributed power capacity constraints as the constraints with a penalty function to deal with constraints mathematical model.Using genetic algorithms to solve the problem, genetic algorithm elitist strategy, using adaptive crossover and mutation rate.In this paper, the use of Matlab software program to calculate, analyze six different combinations of distributed power distribution access points and access grid capacity, indicating the effectiveness of the algorithm proved the power of distributed access points and access different capacity would affect the distribution network, different combinations of distributed power optimal access points and capacity.This paper describes the characteristics of VC6.0about using VC6.0location and capacity of the theory of distributed power set into the preparation software can easily determine the distributed power distribution network in the access points and locations.
