Most of the traditional distribution generation select the site and capacity under the determined system state.But due to the uncertainty sunlight and wind-power,there are uncertain factors in the output of wind turbine and photovoltaic unit,making the traditional method no longer applicable.Therefore,on the basis of considering the uncertain factors,this paper adopts the scenario analysis method to study the problem of location and capacity of distribution generation.Firstly,in view of the uncertainty of distributed generation and load output,the probability model of wind turbine,photovoltaic unit and load fluctuation are established.The correlation between distributed generation and load is considered by using equal probability conversion principle and cholesky decomposition.Secondly,the Latin hypercube sampling technique is used to obtain the initial scene of distributed generation and load output.This paper adopts the k-means clustering algorithm based on genetic algorithm to cluster the generated scenes,so as to generate a reasonable number of scenes,which overcomes the disadvantage that the traditional k-means clustering algorithm is easy to fall into local optimization.Finally,by studying the effect of active power loss and reactive power loss on different nodes of the system,the active power loss sensitivity is proposed as the site selection basis for the distributed generation to be connected to the distribution network.On the basis of determining the access location of distributed generation,the objective function of minimizing the comprehensive annual operating cost of the system under multiple scenarios is established,considering the investment,the network loss and the environmental cost of distributed generation.Based on the analysis of the example IEEE33 node,it is proved that the reasonable location selection of grid connection and propriety capacity of distributed generation can reduce network loss effectively improve the stability of system and guarantee the safety and economy of the power system.
