In recentyears, the ecological design has gradually into the construction planning and design aspects.With the deep research on the ancient village of ancient houses,Chinese village contains arich and valuable ecological thought more and more acknowledged by scholars, such as theharmony between man and nature,people-oriented concept of ecological culture, theancient villages in Huizhou as an important part of Chinese traditional villages, not onlyintact, but also in the formation of the development process and adhering to the "unity ofheaven and philosophy", as well as the human and the nature harmonious ecological view.Therefore, the ecological strategy contains ancient village in Huizhou that were concludedand summarized, for the study of contemporary ecological design is very useful.Firstly, through access to relevant literature, summarizes the ecology,ecologicalconstruction, ecological city, the ancient feng shui theory, which is the basis of this study.Then, through literature and field investigation, some from the village location, street space,green plants, water environment, the courtyard space and so on, are studied systematicallyand deeply the ecological strategies of the ancient village in Huizhou, and analyzes itsaction principle. In site stress "back mountain surface water, negative Yin Yang", help toform a good ecological environment and local climate; street space through shading andventilation, which plays the role of passive cooling in summer;river of the ancient villagein Huizhou not only to achieve the "living water through the village", and convenientliving water, and the drainage effect;green plants can not only beautify the environmentplay a role, but also an important means to improve the micro climate; the courtyard spacethrough the reasonable layout, to achieve the purpose of lighting and shade, and the use ofhot air to achieve the "cool summer".Thirdly, through field investigation and study ofYixian County Pingshan Village,using the instrument testing and simulation verify YixianCounty Pingshan Village in improving human body comfort degree aspect superiority,provides the ecological strategy of Huizhou ancient villages. Finally, the ecologicalstrategy through the study of Huizhou ancient villages, and get inspiration,combined withthe actual case, to analyze its application in contemporary architectural planning practice.Thus, the ecological strategies of the ancient village in Huizhou is very necessary andmeaningful, ecological heritage which may protect the legacy of the ancients, but also canprovide a reference for our contemporary architectural planning practice, its veryfar-reaching significance.
