This article takes ABS ECU of the commercial vehicle as the study object. on thebasis of the SAE J1939,To design a ABS calibration system based on CCP (CANCalibration Protocol). The calibration system is mainly to achieve calibration andmonitoring functions for ABS ECU.The main content includes three parts:(1) To design ABS CCP protocol.Make CCP command combinations of thecalibration function and monitoring function according to CCP protocol content.(2) To design the ECU calibration program. ECU calibration program includingthe CAN driver and CCP protocol stack. Based on SAE J1939and CCP protocolresearch and analysis of working mechanism, CAN driver for message sending isdesigned, and the CCP protocol stack having good portability is implemented.(3) To design PC calibration software. Design PC calibration software based onobject oriented language.The software is aimed at realizing parameter calibration andcondition monitoring for ABS ECU.To experiment the calibration system on the ABS ECU and pneumatic brakehardware in the loop simulation platform, after the control program of the commercialvehicle ABS/ASR integrating CCP protocol stack, Experiment to verify the accuracyof the CCP protocol stack and the realization of the function of the upper machinecalibration software in some typical test condition. The test results show that thedevelopment of ABS calibration system can meet the expected targets designment,thesystem runs stably and has good real-time performance.
