Needle products have been popular used in electronic fields.Through the method of conductive surface tin plating and welding to meet performance requirements. However, due to the residual contamination which happened in the electroplating process caused by the adsorption, traditional methods is difficult to completely clean, thus affecting the result of electroplated coating adhesion and weldability requirements.Therefore,the requirement of clean is necessary to be proceeded before and after electroplating, and its cleanliness level also determines the product performance. With the continuous development of the electronics industry and increasing competition, the principle products during the electroplating process of cleaning quality requirements have become more sophisticated. Ultrasonic cleaning with a cleaning speed, high quality, low cost and easy automation, etc., it is widely used in electroplating of the cleaning process.The key points of this essay are the principle products of the cleaning process and ultrasonic cleaning mechanism. Ultrasonic cavitation in the analysis based on the theory to study the main components of ultrasonic cleaning systems, cleaning of the principles and methods of measurement of cavitation field. According to the actual production needs, based on the theory of ultrasonic cleaning transducer and carried out the selection of generator and cleaning tank design. Describes the composite frequency ultrasonic cleaning effect of the improvement.
