In view of the shortcomings of the current application of power ultrasound in dirt cleaning,this paper analyzes a using ultrasonic detection technology to achieve the theoretical analysis and experimental system for measuring the thickness of dirt,so as to achieve the combination of ultrasonic testing and ultrasonic cleaning,together to complete the intelligent system design of dirt cleaning.Ultrasonic cleaning part adopts the method of programmable power supply design,including the STM32F103RBT6 processor unit,full wave rectifier circuit,inverter circuit and impedance matching network circuit.The maximum clock of the processor is 72 MHz,the PWM control signal can be generated in a wide range,phase shifter realizes the phase processing of two way PWM control signal,signal isolation circuit to realize the control of half bridge inverter circuit of IGBT switch,resulting in high voltage and high frequency AC signal and the signal is transmitted to the ultrasonic cleaning equipment on impedance matching Vibration finally.Among them,in the circuit design,220 V alternating current is used as the input voltage.In the input stage of the descaling system also takes into account the signal interference and anti lightning surge.The system uses the power supply design method which is commonly used at present.At the same time,the input level circuit also takes into account the life of the staff.The emission level of ultrasonic detection is based on the principle of large capacitor charging and discharging,and the switch effect of high speed field effect tube is used as the driving circuit of the ultrasonic detection probe.In this paper,two methods for measuring the thickness of dirt are analyzed.One is using the ultrasonic reflection method,which is to detect the difference between the time point of the reflected echo signal of the dirt in the pipe wall and the reflection time of the ultrasonic wave through the dirt and the calculated value is used as the time value of the dirt thickness,and half of the time and the ultrasonic wave velocity in the dirt as the final dirt thickness.The second method is to use wave refraction principle,which will calculate the final fouling thickness of the device being tested through the detection device on both sides of the installation of ultrasonic probe and detection probe.This paper introduces the design idea of ultrasonic cleaning subsystem and ultrasonic detection subsystem.At present,the ultrasonic cleaning system need to use the cut pipe with the destructive way to release the analysis of fouling layer structure and descaling,the method of on-line detection is proposed in this paper,which has little damage to the pipeline,and will not affect the normal operation of the equipment.At the same time,because of the inability to obtain the dirt distribution in real time in the detection device,it has caused the problem of ultrasonic excessive cleaning and incomplete cleaning in the ultrasonic cleaning process and the design idea of this paper will overcome this defect effectively.Avoid excessive cleaning,on the one hand,it will reduce transducer damage to the wall of the pipeline itself so as to effectively prolong the service life of the pipeline and descaling device.On the other hand,it will also reduce the output of reactive power when descaling and save energy.For the design idea of this paper,whether it is from the perspective of scientific research,or from the practical value of the market and the promotion value of the market,it has very important research significance.
