In order to promotethe new strengthening method, in this paper, the main work and the related conclusionare as follows.（1）The latest research progress of new framework-masonry composite wallreinforcement method is introduced and summarized. the construction technology ofthe reinforcement method is improved.（2）Research and put forward the equivalent stiffness principle and equivalentquality principle on new frame-masonry composite wall structure, which applies intoseismic action calculation. nd use PKPM software to du structure analyse on seismicaction, through the comparison and analysis, stiffness and quality equivalent principlecan be applied to the bottom shear method of seismic action. that has a certain errorcompared to vibration mode decomposition method.（3）For vertical and horizontal bearing capacity of composite wall has carriedon the ANSYS finite element analysis. Analyzed the intensity of utilization coefficientof composite wall considering the influence of secondary stress effect. the destroymark of the composite wall is the destruction of the destruction of the masonry wall.Restriction in frame column makes the masonry wall can withstand the greater force.and greater the depth-width ratio of composite wall is, the the more obvious effect onthe constraints of the masonry wall is.
