This paper takes the YangJiaGou extra large bridge of the BaZhong municipal infrastructure and housing construction project as an example, accomplished the3D visualization of dynamic management of the project in the duration, cost, quality, safety and environmental protection,through integrated use of virtual reality technology,the earned value and significant cost theory such as, and the development and application of virtual dynamic optimization management software system from the perspective of the construction organization and management.This paper mainly includes:First the project "five control" targets is determined. Before construction, according to the road and bridge construction characteristics and technical requirements, the various types of professional and technical, construction, management data was collected extensivly,.On this basis,the highway project duration, cost, quality, safety and environmental control objectives was determined by the use of project WBS decomposition method, PERT network technology, CS theory significant technical methods. Secondly the"five control" targets dynamic management model of Highway Engineering is established.During the construction process,3D dynamic optimization management model is created by the use of PERT Critical Path Method, CS significant theory, EVM has been the theory of value, PDCA cycle management and virtual technologies,it can allow managers to grasp the visual image of the completed work, and timely analyze the problems and causes of construction,to predict the future problems that may occur and develop the pre-control measures.through the establishment of a database,the managers constantly optimize the control loop construction process in order to shorten the construction period, reduce costs, ensure quality and safety and to achieve environmental objectives purposes.The bridge works of comparison between the visual image displayed by computer systems and actual process allows managers supervise the construction of the entire bridge engineering process through the system from a macro point of view. At any time, anywhere via computer virtual visualization system (equivalent to a sandbox is placed in front of the decision-making project managers),managers have a clear understanding on the overall situation and local (detailed) conditions (duration, quality, cost, structural parts) of the work already done in the corresponding span and scope. They are confident to carry out the next stage of the work, to solve the main problems of the construction and take the pre-control measures.So the transportation construction projects is in the condition of a24-hour controllable and visual monitoring among the various management levels, thereby the efficiency and level of construction management is greatly enhanced.
