Construction is the pillar industry of our country. The characteristic of it is the large investment scale and wide benefit radiation. With the increasingly fierce competition, the profits are compressed sharply. How to adjust the management pattern and achieve the efficient and comprehensive cost management has become an important problem of the company for it's survival and development.Through analysis of the present status of the cost management, based on many problems such as the unknown cost management goal, the process which is partial, passive, and lack of perfect system combining the development trend of cost and so on, this article puts forward the concept of multi-objective optimization of cost dynamic management. Then, through the introduction of characteristics of dynamic cost management system and the building conditions and internal mechanism, the paper builds the dynamic cost management system based on multi-objective coordination from three aspects: the responsibilities, objectives and dynamic execution. Among them, the responsibility system is helping to clear the level of organization, function distribution, and breaking down the cost elaboration to every people; the target system is the foundation of cost management. It subdivides each goal step by step, and adjusts the optimization according to the specific situation; execution system has three aspects including planning, control, examination and introducing the implementation stages of dynamic management. Then, in order to introduce the multi-objective optimization to traditional dynamic control, the article analysis the relationship between the four goals including cost, time, safety, quality, and the multi-objective optimization model. Using the model to optimize the initial target, then compilates and adjusting the plan based on the optimized goal, so as to guide the dynamic control of costs. Finally, this paper uses the multi-objective optimization model for the specific case, through the introduction of implementation process and effect of cost dynamic control of the the multi-objective optimization, the paper proves that cost management based on multi-objective optimization has a realistic feasibility.This paper innovation points are as follows:(1) introducing multi-objective optimization to cost dynamic management, changing the working thoughts of the plan, and joining the real-time adjustment of the plan on the basis of the traditional dynamic management, make the cost control to comprehensively consider the effect of other factors, to realize the comprehensiveness of control;(2) joining the security goals in the traditional quality- time- cost model, put the comprehensive function of the quality cost, safety cost, cost and period as the target function, and put the relationship function as a constraint function,then establish the multi-objective optimization model with cost as the core,and the multi-objective optimization could be utilized in cost control.
