With the development of China's construction industry and fierce market competition,construction companies must adopt strategies to enhance the company's core competitiveness and improve the level of project management during the construction process to achieve the overall optimal construction project.How to achieve the overall optimality of the overall project,optimization objectives of the multi-objective optimization of the construction project,how to achieve comprehensive control and synergy optimization of each optimization objective,how to achieve the quantification of the optimization objectives of the construction project,etc.Objectives to optimize the problem to be solved.The main research content of this paper is to cover as many as possible more scientific and more comprehensive goals in the multi-objective optimization study of construction projects,construct an optimization model that considers multiple objectives comprehensively,and achieve coordinated management of multiple objectives for construction projects.Multi-objective optimization to provide ideas.This article first introduces the research background,significance,multi-objective optimization related theory of construction project,Lean Six Sigma construction theory,collaborative management theory,and genetic algorithm basic theory;secondly,according to the multi-objective system construction process,through the analysis of Lean Six Sigma construction goal,The seven optimization objectives included in the multi-objective optimization of the construction project are: construction period,quality,cost,service,safety,environmental protection,and informatization.SPASS 22.0 is used to test the reliability of the seven optimization goals,and on this basis,the construction is performed.Project multi-objective system;then,based on the analysis of the interrelationships between goals and the quantification of objectives in a multi-objective system,an optimization model for each objective is constructed.At the same time,a synergy effect goal is introduced to measure the size of each target's synergies.These together constitute construction.Multi-objective collaborative optimization model of the project and solving by genetic algorithm;Finally,through the Beijing rail transit A case study was conducted on a construction process of the section between the Sihuanlu station to the Shoujingmao station on the Fangshan North extending Line to verify the practicability of the model.
