Oil-containing silt discharged from production activities of the oilfield. It chieflyproceeds from the components in crude oil’s processing and transportation. It’s amixture of slug, sand and water, polluted by oil and other organism. The oil-containing silt come from the Shengli Oil Field Jindao Industry Co.,Ltd. The majormineral consistings are quartz, calcite, feldspar, rutile, etc.; The chemical componentsis SiO2﹙about82.4%﹚and Al2O3﹙about9.8%﹚;The natural moisture content is5.3%and the average particle size of the Oil-containing Silt is about0.25mm.-200for the purpose of1.74%.Through the research on the physicochemical properties of oil-containing silt andthe physical performance research of preparation of oil-containing silt block,discussions were made about the factors of oil-containing silt block, such as sandgrinding fineness, water ratio, dosage of cement, lime and gypsum, adding quantity ofgas agent and so on, And achieve the resource recovery and comprehensive utilizationof oil-containing silt. Purpose to research the curing system, apparent density, dry-wetcirculation, anti-freeze properties and the hydration process and mechanism of thepreparation of oil-containing silt autoclaved aerated concrete block. experimentalevidence, the oil-containing silt prepared the autoclaved aerated concrete block whichdry apparent density is500~700kg/m3.It fully meet the requirements of dry density,strength, water absorption, dry-wet circulation and freeze resistance and so on inGB/T11968-2006standard.Using the XRD, SEM and other methods to measure microstructure, phase, andhydration principle of the oil-containing silt autoclaved aerated concrete block.Through analyze the extract of block to investigate the impact of oil-containing siltblock on the environment.The experimental shows that using the oil-containing silt after pretreatment assilicon materials and the lime, cement as mixing Calcium materials for prepared theautoclaved aerated concrete block, and the in the condition of1~1.5MPa thermo-static steam for5h. It meet the requirements of B06density rate in GB/T11968-2006standard and the middle strength for theA5.0.
