| As energy shortage and environmental pollution are increasingly serious, energy savingand environmental protection become the priority among priorities. Therefore, a trend ofdevelopment of electric vehicles is so immediate, while the motor which is used as the corecomponent of electric vehicle has become a hot research topic. Since the inception,theswitched reluctance motor has been widely concerned by many scholars at home and abroadwith the advantages of its own. Switched reluctance motor drive system is a new type ofspeed control system, which has the advantages of simple structure, high efficiency, highreliability and controllable parameters, are favored by more and more people.With the development of computer technology and microelectronics technology,microprocessor applications have become increasingly widespread, the function of control isbecoming more and more powerful, the embedded operating system has also been greatlydeveloped. Embedding operating system in a variety of microprocessors can simplify thecomplexity of operation, improve work efficiency and reduce duplication of work, therefore ithas become a kind of inevitable trend. Based on this situation, the DSP which is based onμC/OS-II chip used in the control system of switched reluctance motor is very necessary.Based on the previous research achievements and reading a lot of literature, this paperanalysis the structure of switched reluctance motor, and select the6/4pole reluctance motoras the research object for the theoretical analysis and practical research. Firstly, it summarizesthe present situation and application prospect of the motor, introduces the significance of thisstudy, and the operation principle of the motor, a mathematical model of switched reluctancemotor and its nonlinear characteristics analysis. Secondly, it studies a variety of switchedreluctance motor control strategies and control methods, as well as the motor speed controlsystem constitute and principle. In the development of various control strategies based on theuse of Matlab/Simulink simulation software, double loop control strategy for PI and an innercurrent loop speed PI are made. Finally, analysis of the power controller, position detection,current detection circuit, combined with the control strategy, current double closed loop speed,are realized by software programming, conducted in μC/OS-II operating systemtransplantation in the dedicated DSP chip and system test operation. |
