Transmission shift and starting process of the dual clutch automatic are analyzed.Finally got the temperature curve by finite element analysis,the main research content is asfollows:(1)Analyzed the work characteristics of dual clutch automatic transmission (DCT) init’s shifting process, established the dynamic model and piecewise dynamic equation ofshifting process.The discriminant basis of clutch1and clutch2’s sliding wear time arefound.(2)Based on the dynamic equation of shifting process, analyzed the movement processand the characteristics of the engine and clutch disc during dual clutch automatictransmission shift process.Got their angular velocity,lay a foundation for calculating thefriction work.(3)Analyzed the clutch1and clutch2’s friction of dual clutch automatic transmissionin different shift process.Find a new kind control strategy to make disengaging clutch’sfriction workis zero and jointing clutch’s is minimum.(4)Established dynamical model and dynamic equation of dual clutch in startingprocess,and analyzed both engine and driven plate’s movement process.Analyzed clutch’sfriction work in different work condition.(5)Based on dual clutch’s structural characteristics, using finite element to analyzefriction plate’s temperature in shifting and starting process.
