Chongqing Municipal Education Commission project (project number: KJ080619)funded the structure and working principle of the dry dual clutch automatic transmission,the diaphragm spring and dry dual clutch automatic transmission shift vehicle power thecorrelation analysis, the main contents are as follows:diaphragm spring is obtained by theexperiment of the linear relationship between the load-deformation of the diaphragmspring model is established and the model of the engine.1)Obtained by experiment load-a linear relation between the deformation of thediaphragm spring, the establishment of the model of the diaphragm spring and the enginemodel.2)According to the kinetic equation in the shifting process, established in Matlab/Simulink simulation model to simulate and analyze the friction work and impact the entireshift process.3)From the theoretical analysis the clutch slip conditions and bonding conditions,calculate the friction work and impact of the foundation.4)Depending on the clutch pressure been the clutch C1slipping upshift process mayappear negative zone slip, the positive zone three cases of slip and0:00skidding,simulation analysis of these three cases, the comparative analysis of their respectiveadvantages and disadvantages.5)To the ideal model (input termination motor), the actual situation on the basis of thesimulation results of the ideal model simulation analysis.6)Detailed analysis of the liter each control strategy downshift jerk and friction work,a new control strategy can guarantee the clutch friction work as small as possible but alsoensures that the shift (upshift) power.7)Proposed a new synchronization the disengaged method, and simulation modelwith synchronizer disengaged and not synchronized disengaged both cases comparativeanalysis of the results show that the process of an upshift not too early disengagedsynchronizer,otherwise it will lead to lack of motivation.
