| At present, the vehicle has become an indispensable part of urban transportation withpeople living in the fierce competitive environment of market economy and accelerating urbanlife rhythm. Along with the increasing serious pollution of the environment and energy crisis,awareness of environmental protection and energy saving is enhanced in the daily life. Thereby,it leads urban traffic to development in the direction of the high-efficiency clean andsustainable. Because pure electric vehicles realize the zero discharge exhaust on realsignificance, it is popular for green, energy conservation, environmental protection, low noiseand so on. Because power transmission system as the core part of pure electric vehicle, itsresearch and analysis of the key technology will be necessary ways of the industrialization ofpure electric vehicles.Taking some mini car for reference, the pure electric car was designed in this paper on thebasis of traditional auto. Power transmission system is the key component of pure electricvehicle. By analyzing pure electric vehicle power element, arrangement and so on, the carconfiguration adopted in this article was determined. At the same time, the requirement ofdesign came forward according to Chinese urban driving cycles. Then, parameters of powertransmission component were matched. By comparing some kinds of optimization algorithmapplied in automobile power matching, interval optimization method combined with matrixoperation in Cruise was adopted to realize the match and optimization of transmissionparameters. By using interval optimization for many times, to reduce the optimal scope of thetransmission ratios, vehicle simulation model was set up in Cruise. Reasonability of matchingoptimization method in this article was further verified by the simulation results.After determining power transmission components parameters and model, according tothe characteristics of the pure electric vehicles, the two gear automatic transmission based onplanet gear mechanism was developed to optimize the general gear box. The new type of twogear transmission control strategy based on fuzzy control was realized in MATLAB/Simulink.It was imported to the vehicle model through internal API port in Cruise to establish the jointsimulation. Then, vehicle simulation models were set up in Cruise. Through comparing andanalyzing the performances of pure electric vehicle with the general automatic transmissionand the new two-gear automatic transmission, the results verified advantages of the newtransmission based on planet gear mechanism. |
